Her Story

Organizational psychologist from UAPA University in DR and a law degree from Guatemala. In 2009 Patricia began her career as a CSR in Conduent, a year later in 2010, she was promoted to administrative assistant, then to a hiring supervisor.


In 2 years, she created an internal promotion process, job descriptions, developed a disciplinary action plan for employees and implemented a referral program that managed to boost the hiring plan.

In 2019 she joined UX CENTERS, as an HR manager. In this role she contributed to stablish all the internal processes to be align with the Dominican labor laws, managed reports for the HR, accounting and purchasing department, execution of payroll, personnel management, Infrastructure improvement, optimization of founds, financial analysis, and also was responsible to hire key employees for each department. 

In 2020 She was promoted to general manager, where she handled the company accounts, supply chain, accounts payable, bank account reconciliations, contracts with suppliers etc.
